• Story: Based on a thriller novel by American writer Dean Koontz, "Odd Thomas" derives its title from the protagonist, a twenty-year-old short-order cook named Odd Thomas. In a California desert town, the short-order cook with clairvoyant abilities encounters a mysterious man with a link to dark, threatening forces. Odd uses his gift of supernatural intuition, which his soulmate Bronwen (a.k.a.
